Available from the beginning of August, a nicely furnished double room with private bathroom to let in the great location of Windsor Quay, 10 minutes walk to Cardiff Bay and on one of the main bus routes to the City Centre.

You would be lodging in a non-smoking house that's occupied by a professional 32 year-old female (and a medium-size, non-professional 12 year-old dog!).

The room has a double divan bed with four storage drawers, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside cabinet and a bookcase. You would have private use of the main bathroom which has both a bath and a power-shower. All mod-cons and amenities available including wi-fi and Sky TV. The house consists of a lounge, kitchen, conservatory and a large rear garden with patio area. A garage, driveway and street parking is available.

It's a clean, tidy and fairly quiet household and someone looking for a Monday-Friday arrangement (or similar) would suit best but also open to considering a full-time lodger.

£325 per calendar month, inclusive of all bills if you are looking for a room Monday-Friday, otherwise £375 per calendar month, inclusive of all bills for seven days a week.
