The house is close to all local ammenities, shops, walkable and close to the city centre, Cardiff University and the Heath Hospital.
The property is clean, modern and fully furnished - with dedicated off-street parking, garage (for bike storage), and rear patio. Also included is unlimited wifi/ broadband, satellite hd and a fully equipped kitchen, bath/ shower and large living area.
This is a professional, midweek-only let (3 or 4 nights per week, between Monday - Friday). This would be ideal for someone who works in Cardiff during the week, and travels home at the weekend.
