My brother is moving out of our flat, we know the landlord so quite a relaxed approach to the rental as long as we pay every month there is no issue. the rent includes everything except electricity and water which is worked out quarterly. the room is a large double and you will have full use of the rest of the flat including the garage and loft storage. room includes a bed but no other furniture. I'm an active sociable person but i work full time so not out every night in fact not out every week ha ha
