Hello. We have one double room available in a top floor apartment on Fitzhamon Embankment. Sharing with two friendly working professionals (one Male, one Female).

• Fantastic location. Two minutes from Cardiff central train station / city centre while also just a short walk to Bute park and the castle. The house is across the road from the Pure Gym and VUE cinema complex. The Riverside farmers market takes place on the street outside each Sunday from 10am until 2pm.

• Apartment comprises: kitchen (full range of appliances inc dryer), large lounge/diner with views over the river and stadium, bathroom (shower above bath) and three bedrooms.

• Double room available is £275/month (One month deposit required). Bills are a shared additional with option of Sky Tv and Broadband share. Living room also contains a digital piano which the new tenant is welcome to use.

Preferred tenant will be a working professional or mature student. Tenancy agreement is available for 6 months or longer.

Interests include, attempting to learn Spanish, surfing, painting, music, fitness, yoga and cooking.
