I’m looking to rent out a gorgeous two double room double bathroom apartment located opposite the Millenium Stadium from 1st Sept 2014.

Flat – The flat is a 2 double bed, 2 bathroom flat furnished with good quality furniture. There is an open plan kitchen, dining and lounge area, with 2 juliette balconies overlooking the Millenium Stadium.

The kitchen is fully equipped with washing machine, 2 fridge freezers, gas hob and electric oven, microwave, toaster, kettle etc. There is also plenty of crockery, cutlery, and pots/pans etc. for cooking with. There is a fold away dining room table and the lounge is fully furnished with glass TV stand, bookcase, a nest of tables and 2 sofas.

Bedroom 1 – The room is a very large double room, with en-suite (including power shower and 3 piece suite). The rent will be £750 per month, including service charge, ground rent and water bills. Gas/electricity and TV, phone etc. will be the responsibility of the tenant, however I am happy to help you sort them out.
