Double room in refurbished house - Woodville Road

I am looking to re-let my double room in a newly refurbished house on Woodville Road, Cathays, Cardiff. It is in prime location for accessing universities, City Road, Roath hospital and the city centre.

The house contains 5 bedrooms (inc the one for rent), 2 bathrooms and big kitchen/diner/sitting room with plasma TV. The house is fully furnished and bedrooms include double beds, wardrobes and desks and all mod cons in the kitchen and bathrooms. It has a homely feel to it as well as being recently refurbished to provide comfortable living.

I am looking to rent my room after receiving a last minute offer of a years placement away from Cardiff. The house will be shared with 4 girls, all going into 3rd year at Cardiff university studying humanities. I can assure you that they are all lovely, very friendly and outgoing and looking forward to getting to know a newcomer :)

The rent is £310 plus bills (approx. £40) although there are no agency fees. You would be taking over the contract with the landlord yourself in exactly the same manner as the other 4 tenants, and so she would be fully accountable to you. Although I have out move in date as 01/09/2914 this can be flexible and you could move in August.
