The Room
- Double bed loft room with shower en-suite
- Built in wardrobe storage!
- Technically its unfurnished, but I don’t need my furniture, so will happily sell cheaply!
- Available from September 28th 2014

The House
- Ideal location near Roath Park Lake!
- Large Kitchen dining room (with all white goods including dishwasher!)
- Separate living room
- Spare single bedroom for guests
- Main bathroom
- 2 off-road parking spaces (we just shared them between us) but there’s plenty of roadside parking
- Outside decking and garden
- Generally we keep the house tidy (there has been no special tidying to take these photos, this is how we keep it, so no lazy people need apply)

Rent & Bills
- Rent is £300 pcm (not including bills)
- Landlord/Agent is Morgine James and a credit check will be required (costing approx £20-£25)
- Bills are shared between the housemates (so someone who pays on time would be great!)

Housemates
- Living with 3 lovely housemates (2 male and 1 female) all aged between 25-30
- Ideally would like a female, late 20’s, to keep the balance in the house
- Housemates are really friendly and often do thing together, but there’s no pressure to participate!! They are all awesome people!
