We are looking for a young female professional who is interested in socialising with house and not just a room to rent. The other housemates go out/watch TV/drink wine and go to the gym together as well as with other friends
There is plenty of parking and a garden for BBQ's and it is only a short 20 minute walk to town.
The bills are roughly £90 a month each and include council tax, internet, TV, gas/electricity and water.
