Three sociable, friendly and tidy young professionals (1 male, 2 females) seek a like-minded courteous fourth housemate to rent a spacious first-floor back bedroom in a beautiful three storey Victorian house close to the city centre.

The room is furnished with a double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers. The house is well-maintained and includes a large lounge, kitchen/diner (with dishwasher and washing machine), two bathrooms (1 with a shower and 1 with a bath) and a spare room for bikes/sporting equipment. There is double glazing and central heating throughout, and the living room includes a HD television. There is also a lovely garden which has the sun in the evenings.

The house is located within a five minute walk to Cardiff Central Station, ten minute walk to the city centre and has easy access to the M4. Parking permits available for the street.

Bills are not included in the rent and usually come to around £60pm (water, gas, electricity, wifi & sky). No agency fees. Deposit and reference required.
