Double room available in Canton
I am looking for a housemate to join me in a lovely rented 3-bedroom terraced house near Victoria Park in Canton, from August/September. The house has 3 double rooms (one of which is kept free for guests), a good sized kitchen and there is a music room with piano. The house is a 25 minute walk/a short bus ride into the town centre, and is also on the direct bus route to Cardiff Bay. The house is less than 10 minutes' walk from Chapter Arts Centre, as well as lots of lovely parks and eateries.
I work in the arts and am sociable and independent. I love opera, theatre, reading, languages, running, badminton, and singing in my choir. I also enjoy a chilled night in watching a film. I'm looking for a tidy and considerate professional housemate.
