Full time let considered but for short term let only.
Rent price on advert is for mon to fri let, less nights will be less rent price and negotiable and full time short term will be more than quoted price to take into account the extra costs of electricity, gas and water

The house has a decent-sized kitchen which is fully equipped and all crockery, cutlery, cooking utensils are available for use. There is a large through room living/dining room and a large south facing garden.
The house is within 5 minutes walk of both a local train station and a regular Bus service to the centre of Cardiff.

Parking is on road , no off road parking available, unfortunately

The house has Sky TV and unlimited broadband. The room comes (as shown in the photos) with a king size bed, a 2 seat sofa , desk and chair, double wardrobe, bedside unit.
All bills are included in the rent. Bedding and towels are also provided.
