3 Bed house ten to fifteen minutes away from Cardiff Central. I am an easy going live in Landlord, with a a friendly dog called Ellie. I'm looking for a tenant to take one of the three rooms - the largest double in the house. I only intend for one tenant, and all bills will be included in the £270 price. Parking is free right outside the house, and there is Virgin Wifi for internet needs.
The only provisio is that your okay with a well trained dog- and occasionally be willing to open the back door for her.
