Fab double bedroom 5 min to city centre!

Hi there! We are a group of 5 people, 4 Spanish and 1 Polish girl....Unfortunately she is leaving at the begining of September and we would like to get another person to take on her contract. The contract is until the end of June and is through an Agency. About the house comprises massive living room, good size kitchen, garden, two full bathrooms and 7 bedrooms! We have 2 spareroom and we want to keep them for visits and storage so in total we will be 5 at home! The rent is 250p/month plus bills... About 60-80 pounds(broadband, gas, water, electricity and Council tax). Also you need to pay the bond when you sign up the contract with the agency which is £306 and you need to pay the fees to the agency too ( we need to ask the agency how much it is!) We are looking for someone friendly and tidy, we do not like the mess!! About us, we are all Spanish, 3 guys and a girl, all professionals living in Cardiff. We are beetween 30 and 40 years more or less. We like making parties in our house with friends or having a Bbq in our garden and we have always friends in the house....
