Double room available in victorian terraced home

Comfortable shared lounge, second reception, dining room, good sized kitchen, bathroom and garden.

Room comprises of a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside cabinet and lamp.
Based in a friendly street in Splott, our home is close to the city centre (20min walk), several bus routes, and with easy access to Cardiff Bay, M4 and A470. There is a corner shop very close to the house and the shops on Splott Rd and Clifton St are also nearby. Waterloo Gardens is a 10-15 minute walk away.
Rent includes bills and broadband is available free in the home.

We are a friendly, down to earth family (2 adults and 2 children)-so you must be someone happy to live in a home with children and toys. The room in question is at the the end of a separate landing to that of our family bedrooms.

We are looking for a professional, female lodger only, non smoker and no pets. Please note that overnight visitors are not allowed.
