Double room in friendly house in Pentwyn

Two double rooms available within a four bedroom house in Pentwyn.

Modern & tidy house set over three floors. Off road parking & lovely little garden.

Current housemates are two females aged 24 and 30. We tend to chill at the house during the week and out & about more at the weekend. Looking for someone who is going to be a friend and not just a housemate :)

There are good transport links into the centre as well as the Heath hospital. I get the park & ride to work which costs £2 per day and takes 12mins. But there are normal busses too. The place is a stones throw from Cardiff Gate too so ideal if you work there.

Now for the official stuff:
- rent is £325 for the larger room & £300 for the smaller room
- council tax and tv/Internet is included
- gas/water/electric split equally between us all
