We are looking for another student to rent the double room we have left in our lovely house. Last year it has been fully refurbished with brand new laminate flooring throughout, newly painted walls, brand new furniture and beds. It has a fully tiled bathroom featuring a bath and shower as well as a separate w. c.
It is situated within walking distance of Cardiff Uni, Cardiff Met Uni, bus and train public transport (15 min walking to Cardiff Uni main campus and Heath, 20 min to city center.
We are 4 sociable students (3 studying at Cardiff Met Uni and 1 at Cardiff Uni). We would prefer a mature student, easy going and tidy. Please get in contact for further details if you are interested.
