We have a lovely front double room on the ground floor available. It is all brand new and only just been decorated.
We are looking for a lovely, happy and social person who is very clean and tidy. We have a garden with an apple tree :)
The house is lovely, and the myself and Emma are very friendly and welcoming.
Bills are not included, and so the rent £235 and the bills are around 50 a month, so it is fabulously cheap.
We have internet, virgin tv and there is permit parking. We are close to tesco and albany road so good for cardiff met and cardiff uni students as well as professionals
