Our son is not returning to study at The Atrium this year, but has a lease on a room until end June 2015 via Cardiff Student Lettings.
We wish to assign the lease and will pay all relevant fees, the landlord however will require a refundable £300 deposit.
The other flatmates Adam, Lisa & Hollie are all 19 or 20 and studying computer graphics programming at the University of South Wales - Atrium.
You have your own room, but share a sitting room, two bathrooms and a kitchen with the other three flatmates. All outgoings will be split evenly between the housemates.
The house is a short walk from the Atrium and the bright lights of Cardiff yet has a small yard for barbecues and a short walk from a park.
