Double bedroom available in a three bedroom house in Llanishen!

This is a large double room, which is light and airy room. It has a double bed, wardrobe, bedside table and drawers.

You will be sharing a bathroom with Ed a chef (30) (working shifts so bathroom time never a problem) and the rest of the house with Vicky (32) a primary school teacher.

We are a friendly household. We enjoy watching TV together and sometimes have house meals. We sometimes go to the pub as a house and we have been to watch vicky play the double bass for Cardiff philharmonic Orchestra. In the summer we enjoy a bbq in the garden.

We are looking for a third house mate who is sociable, tidy and respectful of others. Aged 25-40

The room is available now, as current house mate is moving in with his girlfriend so he can go when it is convenient for you.

The rent is £400 which includes....

The house itself has off street parking, a garage, large living room, kitchen, downstairs loo, and garden with bbq area!

The house is a 5 min walk from a nice pub (butchers arms) and 2 mins from morrisions!

It's v close to several gyms including Bannatyne and Better Leisure, both with swimming pools.

It's a 2 mins run (when you r late in a morning) to ty glass train station for direct trains to cardiff central.

The bus stop is 5 min walk with buses every 10 mins into town.
