Single room, wifi,bills and C.tax included £325pcm

I am currently looking for a housemate at my rented property in Pentwyn, 3 minutes drive from Roath Lake in Cardiff.

I am easy going and enjoy chilling out after work. My interests are hiking and photography in particular. I rent a small two bed house which has a single room for rent (can be unfurnished or furnished). I welcome you to use the kitchen , large lounge and garden as and when as long as you are respectful of sharing my home. I have two very friendly cats Lilly and Roo who adore food ! I welcome pet lovers and hope you would enjoy this quiet neck of the woods for the homely feel, yet only 5 minute drive from the city centre and 2 minutes from university hospital.

I would like to share with a young professional like myself . if you need a spare room, ether 7 days a week or weekdays only, this might be your spot. All bills, broadband, off street parking and council tax inclusive for £325 pcm .
