All are furnished with good quality modern furniture including double beds, wardrobes, chests of drawers, bed side tables. Desks and chairs etc can be provided on request. If you have your own furniture, we can arrange to remove what's there. All the rooms have the original fireplaces that whilst non operational give the rooms a great character.

The Rent will be £270PCM plus Council tax and water rates come to £35 PCM

The bond is £450 and is kept with deposit protection service.
