Double room available in our beautiful house!

We have a double room available in our newly renovated, beautiful, light and spacious home. The rent is £270 pcm, with bills costing around £30pcm. The room is fully furnished with a double bed, large wardrobe, chest of drawers and desk. The house consists of five double bedrooms, a large living room, dining room & kitchen, a large bathroom, three toilets, and large back garden. Lochaber street is a quiet and friendly area located close to Cardiff town, and just across the road from Roath Park!

We're a house of very lovely, friendly & happy artists/illustrators in our early twenties, who all work full time but still enjoy meals and a few drinks together when we can. We're all respectful of each other's space and peace, and we all chip in to keep the house nice and tidy!

The room is currently available until January, although it's likely that this could turn into the full year, so we're open to short term or longer term occupants.
