1 Room Left In Young Prof. Home

We are looking for 1 more housemate to complete the house share. Three rooms have already been filled and looking for a final professional house mate.

I am the only existing housemate renewing the contact and have signed up two new housemates starting on the 5th October so it will be a good chance for anyone wanting to live in a socialable house where everyone is in the same boat.

The house is more of a home and is great for anyone looking for something that little bit extra. It has a kitchen with patio doors leading on to decking, a bath room and a shower room separate aswell as living room. Those who have viewed the property have always expressed interest in wanting the room so I highly recommend a viewing.

I have undertaken the land ladies duties in an effort to get a group of people that will socialise and ideally get on. Ideally the fourth person will be a female in an effort to get an even split but isn't set in stone.

Im a Paralegal, one is a Sports Physiologist and another works for Red Bull.

Roath is a lively area with its a fair share of bars, pubs and places to eat out. I plan on organising a social so that all housemates can get to know each other when the contract starts.
