Double Room - Pontprennau - Bills Inc

Hi

I am looking to share my 3 bedroom house with one other, offering a double room and shared living spaces. I am looking for a rolling arrangement but happy to commit to anything from 1-6 months to give reassurance. I have no plans to sell or leave Cardiff at present :-)

I would like to keep the 3rd room as a work/guest area. The house is non-smoking inside, however smoking in the garden is fine. I say no pets, but I have a fish tank!

The bedroom has:
- double bed
- desk
- bedside draws
- freestanding shelves
- wardrobe
(this can be altered by request I have all sorts of furniture in the loft!)

The house has:
- drive for 2 cars
- decked and patio garden
- living room
conservatory (with sofa / exercise equipt)
- kitchen diner
- downstairs WC
- upstairs bathroom (over bath shower)
- shed space

The bills included:
- water
- gas/elec
- council tax
- wifi
- basic sky package
(will not include landline calls or food)

I am a working professional, 30 years old, I like to be out and about on weekends and some weeknights. I stay at my partners a couple of nights a week and he may stay 2 nights a week (happy to keep that to weekends if preferred). I am also away some weekends. Otherwise i am pretty sociable - work hard in the week so would like some company at home but equally respectful of others space. I like to go for drinks/eat out, day trips to visit new places, random Groupon activities, live music, festivals...the usual!

Pontprennau is in north east Cardiff, a little from the centre but has good bus links (every 10/15 minutes, taking around 35/40 minutes) and is about a 15 minute car drive to the centre in good traffic, and £12-15 in a taxi. It offers excellent links to the M4/A48 - so would really suit anyone working in Cardiff Gate, Newport or travels frequently for work. There are good local amenities such as an Aldi, Waitrose and Asda, pub, McDonalds, GP, Community Centre, Dentist and Chemist.
