Double room in lovely house with a garden and me!

I’m looking a new housemate to share a fantastic house in the south side of Roath where all the really interesting people live!

My preference would be a professional male or female who’s in their late 20s and over.

The house has 2 double bedrooms. The one to rent has a really beautiful wooden floor and a double bed. There's a big bathroom with a separate bath and shower. Downstairs the kitchen is humongous with all the kitchen essentials included. There's even a dishwasher! 2 double patio doors in the kitchen open on to a lovely garden with a patio and a grass area. There's also a shed to store outdoor type stuff.

Off the kitchen is a really big living area. TV, wifi etc. are all there. Oh and some sofas of course!

As a bonus the attic is converted so there is a guest bedroom. The attic also has plenty of storage space and room for work/study/crazy yoga or whatever.

Um what else, oh yes, there is residents street parking outside the house and the house is about 10-20 minutes walk from all the big supermarkets.

The rent is £350 a month which DOES NOT include bills which are roughly about £140 each month. A bond of £350 is also required. The room will be vacant from the middle of May, but a few days earlier or later may be negotiable.

About me, well may name is Vickie I'm a 40 year old professional female. I work 9 to 5 5 days a week. I'm friendly and normalish - in my opinion at least! I love cooking, growing sometimes edible stuff and the odd glass/bottle of wine. I read, watch and listen to pretty much anything and I love finding weird and wonderful places and things to do. Aside from that, I enjoy making stuff out of other stuff - by the time Christmas comes you might be covered in prit stick and glitter, but you'll have some lovely homemade cards. Alternatively you may have stabbed me with scissors and glued my head to the table! Feeling at home in my home is very important to me so I'm looking someone who's comfortable to sit around with and have a laugh, but who also values their own space too.
