Other facilities include a spacious living room, a kitchen, a laundry room with 2 washing machines and a drier and also a standing fan. All rooms including bathrooms and kitchen have heaters.
Convenient stores such as Whitchurch Road Sainsburys and Co-op are just around the corner.
For Cardiff Uni students, it is 15 mins walk to Heath UHW and 20mins walk to Cardiff Uni Campus.
For CMU students, bus stops for no. 2 and CMU buses are less than 5 mins walk from the house.
