Double room with wardrobe and mattress in shared 4 bedroom modern build town house with a good sized garden. Currently 3 professionals (one is a student working part time) aged between 22 and 31 living in the property, 2 females 1 male. £315pcm including bills! Right next to a large supermarket and train station/bus stop. We enjoy drinking wine and eating! We would love to make a new friend as well as gain a housemate.
