Lovelu quiet detached bungalow to share

Hi guys, thanks for looking at me ad, I am currently renting a lovely 2 bed bungalow (Dorma so has upstairs) on a quiet corner plot in Davies Place fairwater. The layout downstairs is open plan Living room and large kitchen, shower room with toilet and sink, and nicely finished dining room with table to seat 6 people. upstairs you have to good sized DBL bedrooms and another bathroom with bath, toilet and sink, so no issues if someone is in the loo :) house is fully furnished to a good standard, has WI-FI new 42" TV in the living room, blu-ray player and netflix Also worth a mention is Waun gron station is literally at the end of the street and trains into town run every half hour and it takes approx 8 mins into the centre. I am looking for someone to share the house with, not feel like a lodger, I'm clean and tidy 33yo professional, don't smoke and would prefer someone of the same description, not bothered if male or female but would prefer a professional or mature student.
