Double room for rent in Cardiff Bay

Hi there,

My name is Emily, I am single, 29 years of age and I will soon be moving into a flat in the Prospect Place development near to the International Sports Village in Cardiff Bay. I am hoping to move in at the end of October so the property may well be ready weeks before 1st January.

I am looking for a female housemate of a similar age to me who has a professional job and enjoys a few beverages on the weekend! I enjoy going to the gym, eating out, cooking and going out for drinks and would prefer it if we could become friends as well as housemates.

I will have a double room to rent with access to the balcony. The room comes with a bathroom as my room has an en suite. There is an onsite gym and pool within the complex, plenty of supermarkets and Mermaid Quay is just a 15 minute walk. A taxi home from town on a night out will cost around 7 pounds.

The flat is in a secure complex with concierge and comes with a designated undercroft parking space which will be yours for use.

I am a chilled out person who likes to keep the living space clean and tidy. I don't want to feel like I am back at uni if you get what I mean :).

I will post photos as soon as I have them, but be assured that I instantly fell in love with the flat when I viewed it. The decor is neutral and the sun shines in for most of the day.
