We are 5 20-somethings looking for a 6th housemate with a view to moving into a new house on the 1st of Nov.
The house is a large quirky detached property in a quieter area of Cathays with 3 floors, large garden, large central kitchen, living area and 2 bathrooms. Bond would be £250 and rent £250pcm.
We are 2 students, a cook, barista and waiter. Very friendly and sociable.
