Large, light double room to rent - prime location!

Hello :) All the people living in this large semi-detached house are 3rd year students at Cardiff university and are contracted to live there until 1st July 2015. The only reason I'm leaving is that I am no longer a student and have found a job so therefore ideally would like to move out, and into a house with professionals, making council tax etc much more affordable!

The house itself is lovely and fully furnished, with a good sized garden, large light bedrooms, a communal lounge and a kitchen with a microwave, cooker, fridge-freezer and washing machine. The double bedroom available is on the first floor at the rear, and is a good sized spacious room with paintwork etc finished to a great standard. We have two toilets, one upstairs and one downstairs - which also has the bath/shower (and a 3rd extra outside toilet if that appeals to you!) The house is situated a 5 minute walk from town which is ideal, with a short walk to Queen Street Train Station, and is close to the Cardiff University engineering building.

The four boys living there are really friendly and easy to get along with, being the only girl in the house isn't an issue at all! The landlord is also a really nice helpful guy, always willing to come round to sort out any queries we have.

Water is included in the monthly rent and we have a TV license and broadband.
