Double Bedroom - Colum Road

A front double bedroom on a first floor with a big window. A new 3/4 bed frame and mattress. A large desk, wardrobe and chest drawer. It's a large room. Currently there are 6 students living in this house. 5 boys and me (girl). 3 students (including me) studying in Cardiff Metropolitan University, two students studying in University of South Wales and one in Cardiff University. Very clean, friendly and to say the least very handsome tenants ;). The house is situated minutes from Cardiff University Student Union, Law School and Business school. From a short walk you can get to the bus stop that you will be able to take a direct bus to Cardiff Metropolitan Llandaff campus or take a walk if you prefer. If you have a bike there is a bike lane directly to the Llandaff campus. Area is very student orientated, just by Cathays area. A lidl is situated just behind the house and plenty of pubs/take aways situated around Cathays, closest one just 3minutes away called Woodville Pub. A Cathays train stop is situated 5minutes away. A 10 minute walk from the house into town. The house is 3storey, consisting of a loft on the top floor. A living room and a kitchen is situated downstairs. There are two bathrooms with showers and an extra toilet on the first floor. There is also a small kitchen situated on the first floor. We have a small spare room to keep any stuff that don't fit in our bedrooms. I am leaving by March as I am going on an Erasmus to study abroad for 4 months. This house is only available until 30 June 2015 due to contract ending. Ideally I am looking for a student to replace me. If you have any more questions please don't hesitate to get in contact.
