Lovely double room in Roath! Don't miss out!

Offering my beautiful double room in Roath, I currently share with 3 awesome house mates (2 maleand 1 female). We like to keep a clean and tidy house but not OCD! I'm advertising my room as I'm moving back to somerset due to work and I'm really gutted to lose it! The house benefits from on street parking, a big garden, 2 bath/shower rooms, American fridge and lovely Georgian features. Has to be seen to be really appreciated! My room (the biggest in the house!) benefits from having 3 south west facing windows, a fireplace, a double bed and a massive triple mirrored wardrobe!! (My fav!) also includes desk, chair and bedside cabinet. The perfect flat mate would just be someone who's down to earth but not so chilled they're partying 24/7 with no respect for fellow flat mates! Completely house trained and always there if you need a cuddle.
