It has a spacious living room, a large kitchen with a washing machine and a tumble dryer and also a nice back garden perfect for the summer.
The rent does not include bills but are only up to £20 each a month which is paid every 3 months. A £90 agency fee is to be paid however I will pay this myself for you, if you have any more questions please contact me.
