Double Room with En Suite Top Floor Appartment

This spacious double room had cable to connect a television, large built in double wardrobe with its own En Suite with toilet and Rain Head walk in shower. The room over looks Cardiff bay and the skyline of Cardiff

The living room, kitchen and balcony is shared with one other tenant (myself) with all amenities in place (furnished)with a very comfortable large corner sofa in the living room which overlooks parts of Penarth and the marina with floor to ceiling patio doors.

I am looking for an independent person who is looking to stay minimum 6 months to 1 year possibly more.

The person must pay 1/2 of their bills on time every month, rent goes to landlord directly.
They must clean up after themselves and take the initiative to give the place a polish and clean the floors when needed, cleaning the shared areas in fair turn, to feel comfortable and take pride in the place and treat it as their "home" from the off rather than feel like its just a place to rent.

I am a very friendly character who likes to socialise but also likes to have their own space so if i disappear for a while in my room it’s the norm I’m either on the phone, studying watching some rubbish drama on Netflix or sleeping.

I am studying accountancy through my employer so I dedicate a lot of my time studying in my room/living room if no one is there. I will not take over the living place because of this!!

All in all rent including bills will be £500 per month.
