Furnished Double En-Suite In A Social, Homely-Home

We are a social house of young professionals looking for someone to fill an en-suite, double bedroom in our close knit house.

The two of us are casually into fitness. Whether it be running, going out for a walk or trying to keep fit at home while we can’t get to the gym. Asides from that we are very house proud and in normal circumstances enjoy having friends over for the odd BBQ or meal in our clean and tidy, homely home. The rest of the time you'll find us watching a series or catch-up TV together in our comfy living room with the house cat Mia.

We are looking for someone with similar interests, who is tidy and respectful, as two of us are shift workers.

The room is a fully furnished double (4'6") with an en-suite. There is also a communal kitchen, living room, dining room and a lovely sunny garden with decking.

The house is in a great location, with easy links to the M4 and only 15 mins walk from Cardiff city centre. Roadside parking is available and never a real issue finding a space. The house is also 2 mins walk away from a large supermarket, which is really handy.

The price advertised includes all your amenities, so you will only ever have one fixed cost at the beginning of each month to worry about.

With the restrictions at the moment and one of us working in healthcare, we are doing things a little differently.
