Large Double Available Room from 1st February

My names Dylan and I have a double room going free in my very musical house from the 1st of February.

The house itself is located only a 5 min walk from Queen Street. The house is on Broadway literally opposite to Clifton Street, with loads of local shops and amenities outside the door.

There are currently 2 of us living here, myself and Joel. I am a professional piano teacher who teaches from the house and Joel is a professional percussion teacher who teaches in schools around south wales.

The pictures of the house were taken just before moving in so its look unfurnished, but of course is now full of nice housey things and instruments etc.

The rent is £375 a month for the room and the bills are around £50/60 a month.
The rent is slightty cheaper for couples which would be £187. 50 a month each.

You will be guaranteed to be hard pushed to find a place as cheap as this in Cardiff, which is as close to the city centre as this house is and as close to as many amenities.
