Boutique student accommodation, Beautifully refurbished and sensationally styled living room, just 10 minutes from the City Centre and 5 minutes from Cardiff University SU, this home is the perfect student house. The weekly rent also includes our bills and broadband package- so no arguments at the end of the month!. ground floor student flat, double room, desk, built in wardrobe and above storage cupboard. 3 Females already live in this property, they are such lovely people and a joy to live with extremely clean, tidy and friendly, I am also happy to leave my under bed storage boxes if the tennant would like. Upstairs flat also very quiet and never have problems with noise etc. Tenancy to be sorted professionally through campbell property once happy to move in, who are happy to transfer the tenancy and explain anything in the contract! - there is also a parking space behind the property!
