There is a room in a lovely terraced house in Grangetown in Cardiff, to share with one other tenant, that will become available when the current occupant moves out at the start of August.

The house is in a quiet cul-de-sac ten minutes walk from a 24-hour Asda, ten minutes from Grangetown train station, fifteen from Mermaid Quay. Bills will be split 50/50: Council Tax (£51.41 per person, per month), wifi (£15 pp, pm), water (£11.81 pp, pm), TV Licence (£6.21 pp, pm) and gas and electricity which will be variable (higher in winter than in summer of course). The house has central heating, plenty of storage space, an enormous bathroom and a small garden; parking in the street is free.

I'm looking for someone who is in steady employment. References will be required.
