Hello!
I have a single bed room to rent in a friendly house.
The room has a window facing the rear garden (which is a nice garden with grass and a bush and occasionally some cats), a bed, bedside table, and some shelves.
There's Fibre Optic broadband and landline phone with free UK and International calls.
Everything you'd need - we have!
3 minutes of sloppy walk to Whitchurch Rd where you can find restaurants, pubs, charity shops, tattoo shops, CoOperative and lots more.
We are a bunch of nice people - 3 working and 1 student. We have some pets, but you will mainly see my two cats who wander around the house.
The room is available until July.
You will have to pay the rent and the deposit on the day you move in.
You need to be LGBT friendly and also veggie/vegan friendly.
