Huge double bedroom to rent in shared flat

Hi all,

Myself and my current flatmate (26, male) are both PhD students at Cardiff Uni. I will be looking to move out at the end of February (but can do so sooner if needed) as my studies are taking me away to Germany for most of this academic year!

My current contract runs until July 2015 when it can be renewed with our landlord, or you can choose to end the tenancy there.

The flat is very centrally located, campus is a 10 minute walk away, Cathays train station is also 10 mins away and town is a 20 minute walk. There are lots of shops where we are and parking is available outside (with a permit).

The flat itself is very spacious. My bedroom is the bigger room and probably the biggest room I've ever had in my time renting - I am very sorry to leave it! We keep the flat very tidy and neither of us are huge party animals so the flat would suit someone who is perhaps a working professional or an older student.

The rent is £275, bills on top usually bring everything up to £310 or so.

As stated, the room can be available from March 1st or earlier.
