You virtually have a flat to yourself but you only pay half the rent as my tenant John lives there too. He is not going to keep you company particularly as he works abroad a lot, doesn't use the kitchen, doesn't watch television and doesn't entertain. He loves reading in his room and going out to eat, but when he is around you will enjoy his company, as he gets on with everyone and has been my tenant for years.

It is so central, right opposite the Millennium Stadium and overlooking the river.
As it is spacious and luxurious and in such a brilliant position it is not cheap @ £500 plus all bills - but it is cheap to run (John never puts on the heating so that's down to you.) as it is warm, has efficient heating and is well insulated.
