We are looking for 1 student to fill our spare room in our four bed flat. The flat is at Westminster house above 70s bar flares on st Mary's street. The tenants living there currently have said noise from the bar is not an issue as we aren't directly above it's on the 3rd floor. The flat at has four double bedrooms, two bathrooms, large kitchen/ living area plus another living area! Must have uk guarantor, agency fee is £106. 50 plus 380 deposit. It's £330 a month including bills (Internet, electric and water). It's half rent for July and August! We are looking for someone who's quite social, friendly and fairly clean!
