Room immediately available in Cathays area.

Situated behind the student union, close to the University main campuses and the City Centry (around 10 minutes).

Fully furnished: includes desk, double sized bed, a big wardrobe, a dresser and other drawers below the bed.

In the house there are 3 other people, all girls, 2 from the UK and 1 from Germany.

The room is on the 2nd floor of the house. On the first floor there are:
a very spacious living room, sunny and with big windows.

A big and fully furnished kitchen that includes washing machine, microowave, oven, fridge and freezer.

A big bathroom with shower.

260 pounds a month, for at least 4 months. Bills not included, which usually average around 30 pounds a month depending on the period.

We are looking for a student since this is a student house and people are on their final year.
