Lovely big kitchen plus garden and woodburning stove. Close to Victoria Park and Thompsons Park. Convenient for town - bus stop at end of road.

Room is roughly 12ft by 9ft, with double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk and chair.

I am the owner of the property and am looking for a lodger. I have previously had lodgers between 2011 and 2022 and am now looking to once again have someone else live here.

I work at the university, partly on site and partly at home. During the summer I tend to be out of the house a lot playing cricket or tending my allotment. In any case, I tend to give people space and let them do their own thing. It's an easygoing household though extreme tidy freaks or very messy pups need not apply!
