Gorgeous Double bedroom in top floor flat! Lovely size, very modern perfect for someone based at the Heath. There are several bus stops which can be seen through the window and its a 20 min walk from the city centre.
As it is a new build the energy consumption is good and there is private basement parking.
Views are amazing! Especially at sunset time.

I am currently looking for a new flatmate as my current flatmate is moving out.
I am clean, tidy and considerate towards whoever I live with and would expect the same in return.
As I will be in my final year at uni I will be quite busy, the flat is usually quiet so if you're a bit of a party animal this probably isn't the place for you.
Saying that I'm not unsociable and do like to relax in the communal area.
The flat is unfurnished however the living room has my things in e. g. table, microwave etc. and I am happy to share these with whoever moves in as long as its kept clean and looked after.

Should you go ahead with moving in you will have to go through the estate agent that currently manages the property which will require you to pay a one off agency fee HOWEVER there is no deposit or bond.
