Lovely central 3 bed flat-Salisbury Road

Beautiful central flat! Myself and my boyfriend are looking for a young professional (students are welcome but ideally to share council tax we would prefer a professional) to fill the space that our flatmate will be leaving available when they graduate this year (the room will be available for free from June 11th-30th and then your contract will start on the 1st of July). We are staying in Cardiff this year and would very much like to stay in the flat-it was an incredible find! It is managed by Jeffrey Ross letting agents and owned by a private landlord who are both very pro-active and easy to deal with. The water bill is paid for by the landlord so it is just gas/electric and internet bills.
