Hello,
We're looking for an extra housemate to join us in September. The house itself is large, the rooms are similar sizes and there are 2 bathrooms. There is also a garden. There will be new carpet and sofas in the living room, lino in the kitchen and a new shower.
We are looking for a female flatmate ideally but will consider a male flatmate.
We all study at Cardiff university and will be in our third year. The subjects that we study include Biomedical Science, Education and English Literature.
The house is in the centre of Cathays, near to the vulcan. It is a 5 minute walk to the main building.
