1 Room Available Students Only On Mynachdy Road

We need a bubbly STUDENT to take a double bedroom in our lovely house! (1st July 2015 - 30 June 2016)

The house is situated right by the Gabalfa roundabout and across the road from Tesco extra along the A48. Its a 10 min walk to Tesco, and about a 15 min walk to the Cardiff Met Llandaff campus.

There will be one male downstairs, and two females living upstairs, all final year students from UWIC (Cardiff Met). We have a big garden with a patio and grass area (great for BBQs!) and a shed which can be used for storing bikes in. There is a separate toilet and bathroom, and our bath has a jacuzzi.

The room itself is quite small. It comes with a double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers. The images make the rooms look slightly larger as they are panoramic shots.

The rent is £220 a month (WHICH IS PEANUTS!) and we currently pay £40 each a month to cover bills (electric, gas and internet)

Our landlady literally lives a couple of doors down and is very lovely and helpful!
We are looking for someone to view the house and sign the contract as soon as possible! the earlier the better!
