Current flat mate is moving so looking for a professional replacement to move in to take over contract starting August 3rd (flat ready July 24th)
The flat is situated in ferry court at prospect place and has stunning water barrage and penarth views each side with a particularly impressive living room view.
I (current flat mate- teacher, 28) am open to options in terms of which room I live in so prices could vary depending on what we go for but rent is 950 for both of us.
One is smaller double with a view of penarth and a bathroom of your own separately. And the other is a huge en suite double with a balcony.
Living room and kitchen bar of great size. Sky Sports included. Gym, pool and sauna included in rent! Price stated includes bills.
Highly Recomended viewing. I am open to a flat share else where but really don't want to leave this pad!
